Terms of Service

Invoqk lets you create invoices, manage clients and products, store a business profile, generate PDF invoices (including PDFs with embedded ZUGFeRD / Factur-X XML), and use AI to turn free-form text or documents into draft invoices. You can use parts of Invoqk as a guest, with data stored in your browser, or with an account.

• You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• If you use Invoqk for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly at contact@invoqk.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Invoqk offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. AI extraction is subject to a quota that depends on your plan. We may change quotas, features, and pricing with reasonable notice. Rate limits may apply to protect the service. E-invoice export (XRechnung, Peppol BIS and ZUGFeRD / Factur-X) is included with every account, subject to a daily validation limit that depends on your plan.

• You keep ownership of everything you enter or upload ("Your Content"), including invoices, client details, and business information.
• You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content only to operate and improve the service for you, including sending it to AI providers to perform extraction you request.
• Files and text you submit to AI features are processed to create your draft and are not stored by us; only the draft you save is kept. Submit only content you have the right to use.
• You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights and consents needed to enter other people's data (such as your clients' names and addresses).

Invoqk is a tool, not an accountant or legal adviser.

• You are solely responsible for the correctness and legal validity of every invoice you issue, including tax rates, tax IDs, numbering, payment terms, and e-invoicing requirements in your jurisdiction.
• AI-generated drafts may contain errors. Review every draft before sending or relying on it.
• We do not guarantee that generated documents, including ZUGFeRD / Factur-X files, will be accepted by any tax authority, customer, or system.

You agree not to:

• break the law or issue fraudulent, misleading, or sham invoices;
• upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• bypass quotas, rate limits, or security controls, or abuse the AI features at scale through automation;
• reverse engineer the service except where law allows;
• use the service to infringe others' rights or to send spam.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Invoqk relies on third-party providers, including AI (Google Gemini), hosting (Vercel), database, rate-limiting, and email services. Their availability and terms are outside our control. See our Privacy Policy for how data is shared with them.

Invoqk, its software, design, and branding belong to us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service. These Terms give you no rights in our trademarks or source code.

You can stop using Invoqk or delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. On deletion we remove your account data as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention duties. Sections that by nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own backups of important invoices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoqk and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50 (or EUR 50). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give notice in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Sylhet, Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring claims elsewhere.
