AI invoice generator
Type or paste what you billed. We build the invoice, you check it and send it.
Your text is sent to an AI service (Cloudflare Workers AI on Free and guest plans) to extract the data, and is not stored by us. Only the document you generate is saved. Paid plans can upload files, which are processed by AI the same way and never stored. If you dictate, your browser's speech service converts your voice to text. See our Privacy Policy.

Frequently asked questions
Is the invoice generator free?
Yes. You can generate and edit an invoice without an account. Plans only add higher limits and extras.
Can I send the invoice as a PDF?
Yes. Once the draft is in the editor you can download a PDF or email it to your client.
How do I write an invoice?
Add your details and the client's, a unique invoice number, the date, each item with its price, any tax, the total and how to pay. Or describe the job in plain words here and the generator builds it for you.
What is an invoice number?
A unique number that identifies each invoice, such as INV-0001. Numbers normally run in sequence so you and your client can track payments, and many tax authorities expect them to have no gaps.
How do I send an invoice by email?
Download the PDF and attach it to an email. Put the amount, the due date and how to pay in the message so the client can act on it right away.
What should an invoice include?
Your name and address, the client's details, a unique invoice number, the issue date, a description of what you sold, the amounts, any tax, and how to pay. Some countries also require tax IDs.
