Your text is sent to an AI service (Cloudflare Workers AI on Free and guest plans) to extract the data, and is not stored by us. Only the document you generate is saved. Paid plans can upload files, which are processed by AI the same way and never stored. If you dictate, your browser's speech service converts your voice to text. See our Privacy Policy.

Frequently asked questions
Do you store the files I upload?
No. Files and pasted text are read in memory, sent to the AI provider to extract the data, and then discarded. Only the document you generate and save is stored.
Which document types can I create?
Invoices, proforma invoices, receipts, quotes, estimates, credit notes and purchase orders.
Do I need an account?
No. Guests get a limited number of free generations per day. Sign in to save documents and get more.
What files can I upload?
File upload is available on paid plans: PDF, PNG, JPG and WebP files up to 8 MB each. On the free plan you can type or paste text from emails or chats, or dictate it with your voice.
Can I edit the result?
Yes. You land in the editor with every field filled in, and anything the AI was unsure about is flagged for review.
